How To Get Free India Web Proxy Servers
It's always advisable to have your own self hosted India Web Proxy server as explained here but if you don't want to go through the stress of creating your own server, you can get some through google. All you need to do is run an advanced search query that'll fetch dozens servers hosted on free and paid web hosts.

Whether you're using MTN or Airtel in Ghana, South Africa or Zambia or you're a Globe or Smart subscriber in Phillipines, you can still browse free with India Web Proxy by changing network proxy address and port to your internet service provider's IP and port.
You should also change web server address (10.199.212.8) to any free site you have on your network. It's only an idea but I hope it works for you.
